Originally from Los Angeles CA, Brittany Gaydos and Brooke Abel started planning events with their American girl dolls and chai lattes. They now live in Queen Anne and South Lake Union. They throw lots of dinner parties and backyard barbecues where Blake can be found manning the grill barefoot, and Brittany slaves away in the kitchen. Brooke usually does the prep work, having the place decorated as if to say, “ya i planned that.” Brooke and Brittany founded 3rd&Eden after 6 years of working in the event planning industry and planning weddings on the side for friends. They have been planning weddings, corporate events, and parties ever since.

Brooke and Brittany’s interests are in bettering the world around them, combined with continuous optimism, channeled through every event they touch. As Owners, designers, and planners, they can tap into a unique perspective and come up with something original, turning event concepts on their head and impressing their clients and co-workers alike.
